Mr. Guan Hong is a Product and Research Associate at Chartered Investment Managers, where he supports the firm's venture capital funds and other financial products. Prior to joining Chartered Investment Managers, he was a Portfolio Management Analyst at Aravest, a Singapore-based private real assets fund manager, where he supported portfolio monitoring, financial modelling, and investor reporting across a diversified mandate of real estate and infrastructure assets for Japanese and European institutional LPs, notably contributing to the completion of a cross-border joint venture with a European investor. Before that, he was an Analyst within CBRE's Valuation & Advisory Services business line, based in Brisbane and covering Australia and New Zealand, where he supported the integration of TelferYoung, New Zealand's largest independent property valuation and advisory firm, following its acquisition by CBRE. Mr. Guan Hong holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Queensland. He is fluent in English and Mandarin.
