Ms. Abe brings over 15 years of experience in the U.S. financial markets and has spent more than two decades based in New York. After completing her undergraduate studies, she pursued a Master of Business Administration in the United States. Before joining Chartered Group in December 2025, Ms. Abe spent approximately 13 years at a major securities firm, specializing in U.S. equity sales trading. In this role, she provided trade execution and research support to both institutional and individual investors in Japan, gaining extensive experience in cross-border transactions between Japan and the United States. She later joined an asset management firm, where she was involved in portfolio management, trading, fund research and due diligence, contributing to the growth of client assets. In addition, she has hands-on experience in U.S. real estate, allowing her to support investors from a broader and more multifaceted perspective. Ms. Abe is fluent in both Japanese and English.
